We don't charge families a fee. Brokerages pay us only if a sale closes. Whichever agent you work with will explain their own terms before you agree to anything.
Do I have to sell?
No. Asking for a conversation doesn't commit you to anything. You can decide later, or decide not to sell.
Are you a brokerage?
No. We connect you with licensed local real estate brokerages. We don't buy homes ourselves.
Do you work outside Minnesota?
Not yet. We're starting in the Twin Cities metro area and growing from there.
